Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking a skilled welder to join our production team in Texas. You will weld, cut, and assemble pole components using Flux Cored Arc Welding, plasma and oxy-fuel torches, and precision measuring tools to meet drawings and specifications.

Commitment to safety, quality, and on‑time output is essential. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment with routine lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and interpret complex prints and specs.
• Proficiency with weld gauges and measurement tools.
• Experience with Flux Cored Arc Welding and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform production welding and assembly of pole components per drawings and specs.
• Operate plasma and oxy-fuel torches for cutting and preheating as needed.
• Use measuring tools to verify distances and angles to specification.
• Assist other welders and fitters to maintain quality and productivity.
