Sabre Industries in Texas is seeking a skilled welder to build pole assemblies using Flux-Cored Arc Welding and related processes. You will read complex drawings, set up equipment, and weld components to exact specifications.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret complex prints and drawings.
• Ability to identify parts and gather materials for assembly.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Use FCAW and other welding processes to assemble pole components.
• Read drawings to determine parts and placement on shafts.
• Operate plasma and oxy-fuel torches for cutting and preheating.
• Perform inspection and ensure welds meet specifications.
• Work with other welders and fitters to maintain productivity.
