Job summary

Industrious Group Inc. is hiring a skilled welder to join our manufacturing team. You will weld metal parts using MIG/TIG methods, perform cutting, grinding, and repairs, and set up components for welding per blueprints and specifications.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of welding experience in manufacturing, be able to read drawings, and operate overhead cranes. Safety and quality are priorities, with strong attention to detail expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of welding experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
• Proficient in MIG welding; experience with TIG and flux-core welding preferred.
• Able to operate overhead cranes and rig parts for welding.

Responsibilities

• Welds metal parts using gas welding/brazing and arc welding as required.
• Perform thermal cutting, grinding, and repair operations.
• Inspect welds and part tolerances using measuring tools.
• Set up components and fixtures for welding; read and follow specifications.
• Pre-heat parts and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
