Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a variety of hand tools safely and effectively to support manufacturing processes
  • Move materials and supplies to designated work areas, ensuring proper handling and safety
  • Perform welding operations according to specifications and safety standards
  • Produce sound, attractive welds that meet quality and durability requirements
  • Clean parts and welds to ensure finished products meet quality standards
  • Read and interpret shop blueprints to accurately execute welding tasks
  • Change welding tips, nozzles, liners, and other components as needed to maintain equipment performance
  • Perform other related functions as assigned by supervisors to support team objectives
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in welding, including knowledge of different welding techniques (e.g., MIG)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
