Job summary

Chart Industries in Beasley, TX is seeking Level IV Welders with a minimum of 15 years of welding experience. The role involves joining, fabricating, and repairing metal components, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring weld quality. Candidates must pass 6G TIG and 2G Stick tests and be able to read drawings and lay out, burn holes, and weld nozzles.

Level IV Welders: Candidates with a minimum of 15 years of relevant welding experience who successfully pass the 6G TIG and 2G Stick tests may be eligible for a starting rate of $35/hour.

Candidates with fewer than 15 years relevant welding experience are encouraged to apply to our Header Welder position.

Overtime, day, and night shifts available.

What Will You Do?

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Joins, fabricates, and repairs metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques

Interprets blueprints, specifications,diagrams or schematics to determine appropriate welding process

Inspects completed welds to determine structural soundness

Performs a variety ofcomplicatedtasks

May lead and direct the work of others

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Must be able to work inside and outside. Regular exposure to welding debris, heat, cold, dark and bright environments.
