Job summary

ABB is seeking a Production Supervisor to operate and set up production machinery and to read blueprints and manufacturing instructions to ensure precise task execution. You will maintain quality and safety standards while keeping the work area clean and organized.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals, train others, and support departmental functions in an onsite Fort Smith, AR facility. English proficiency is essential, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential.
