Job summary

ABB Installation Products Division in Jonesboro, Arkansas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead onsite maintenance and installation tasks on 10-hour shifts Monday-Thursday. This safety‑sensitive role requires hands-on electrical, mechanical, and welding skills to keep robotic conveyors and machines running efficiently.

You will diagnose faults, plan wiring layouts, and coordinate with the team to meet production goals while adhering to 5S and safety standards. U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 4 years of mechanical experience or a state license.
• One year certificate from college or technical school and/or state license.
• Safety conscious, 5S driven, and proactive about safety corrections.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical wiring and conduit for machines and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems, including transformers and motors.
• Plan wiring layouts and install wiring and conduits in the building.
• Weld and fabricate components; knowledge of boilers and chillers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
