Job summary

ABB in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead and support a manufacturing team. You will operate forklifts, hoists, and robot wrappers to move and package motors, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

You will train associates, coordinate with supervisors, and uphold a strong safety and housekeeping standard. The role requires an HS Diploma or equivalent, 6 months of relevant experience, and the ability to obtain/maintain US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Must pass background and drug screen and have valid US work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong safety-first mindset, perform daily housekeeping, and work overtime as required.
