Job summary

RPM & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Production Welder – Training Provided. The role focuses on welding components per drawings and welding specs, with training offered to operate advanced welding equipment. Shifts are 8–12 hours with travel as needed for customer sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in reading and following blueprints and welding specs.
• Ability to read verbal and written work directions.
• DOT compliance for age 21+ and driver's license.
• No welding certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Weld components according to drawings, blueprints and specs.
• Operate automated welding equipment; training provided.
• Maintain equipment and housekeeping in work areas.
• Assist in tooling, fixturing and process recommendations.
