Life Fitness is seeking a skilled welder to produce a variety of weldments safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, ability to communicate in English, and MIG/Pulse welding experience. Responsibilities include operating welding equipment, counting parts, and completing paperwork accurately.

The role offers a competitive hourly wage between $22.25 and $28.13, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pass the Life Fitness Weld Test.
• MIG/Pulse welding experience in manufacturing/production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately count all pieces before each job.
• Operate welding equipment according to job guidelines.
• Complete required paperwork in a correct and timely manner.
• Verify work of other welders in work cell.

Skills

MIG/Pulse welding experience

Ability to read prints/work instructions

Communication in English (read, write, understand)

Education
