Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and work orders.
• Proficient in welding components in various positions.
• Ability to read measurements and use measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
• Lay out, position, align, and secure parts prior to assembly using measuring tools.
• Examine work pieces for defects and verify conformance to specifications.
• Identify maintenance needs on equipment and tooling.
• Work at different stations as production needs require.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Use safety equipment and protective apparel as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
