• Experience welding in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
• Adapt to changing production needs and work at multiple stations.
• Maintain safety and quality while using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Read blueprints and work orders.
• Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
• Layout, position, align, and secure parts using calipers, rulers, and templates.
• Inspect pieces for defects and ensure conformance with specifications.
• Operate shielding metal arc and gas metal arc welding equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety protocols.
• Work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Identify maintenance needs on equipment and tooling.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
