Job summary

Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Welder I to join our National City, CA team. The position focuses on welding metal components to design specifications or repair parts using approved procedures and a range of arc welding powers.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1–2 years relevant welding experience required.
Ability to obtain/maintain access to military installations and shipyards.
Ability to read schematics and follow detailed instructions.
Safety conscious with good hand-eye coordination.
Must meet welding qualification standards.

Responsibilities

Weld metal components to design specs or repair parts using approved procedures.
Perform TIG, MIG and other arc welding as needed per layouts.
Weld in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
Inspect welds and clamp, tack-weld, and grind as required.
Operate a variety of welding equipment and ensure proper storage and maintenance.
Adhere to shop safety practices and report delays or defects.
