Job summary

This position requires safety‑minded, reliable teamwork and the ability to set up welders, choose shielding gas, and follow specifications. High school diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years’ factory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• 0–2 years' factory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read tags and perform tack welds with MIG as required.
• Flange pipe correctly and efficiently.
• Build and stuff wall fittings as needed.
• Change lead and liner as required.
• Read a tape measure accurately.
• Set up welder per specifications and operate safely.
• Select appropriate shielding gas and connect to welding gun.
• Other duties may be assigned.
