Qualifications

• Must pass welding and fit test.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Capable of producing jigs, templates, and tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welds and fits new assemblies and repairs steel structural parts.
• Sets voltages/amperage for material thicknesses.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and assists with routine maintenance.
• Follows OSHA and EPA regulations and department procedures.
• Operates lifting equipment for installation techniques.
