Job summary

Frontier Metal Fabrications in Battle Ground, WA is seeking a welder/fitter to join our small team. You should be hard-working and dependable with a good attitude, able to work on residential and commercial handrail, gates, fence, and some light structural work.

Proficiency in MIG is expected; dual shield is a plus; basic math, blueprint reading, and fabrication tool use are required. The position is full-time day shift with overtime as needed.

Full Job Description

We are looking to fill a welder/fitter position. Looking for a hard working, dependable person with a good attitude to fit in with our small team. We do residential and commercial handrail, gates, fence, and occasionally some light structural jobs. Applicants should be proficient in the following:

• Mig
• Dual shield is a plus
• Basic math skills with some geometry
• Bending, cutting, punching, drilling
• Blueprint reading
• Set up and operate typical hand tools used in fabrication
• Problem solving

This is a full time day shift position, must be able to work overtime when needed. Compensation is dependent on experience, with review after a 90 day period. Must have a valid drivers license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour
