Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluxcore MIG welding experience required.
• Ability to pass a flat 1G weld test (3G preferred).
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency with inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, rulers).
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and dependability.
• Ability to use square, tape measure, Bessey clamps, reachovers, levels, hammer.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and process specifications for fabricating high-tolerance parts.
• Operate welding and metal forming equipment safely and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Verify and report work output per production schedules and requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
