Location: East Pittsburgh, PA; Holtec Manufacturing Division
Holtec International is seeking highly skilled Welders proficient in Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) to support the fabrication of critical components for the nuclear, energy, and heavy industrial sectors. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in multiple welding positions and processes and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and precision in a heavy-plate manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities: The Welder is responsible for performing high-quality welds on carbon steel and stainless steel using a variety of welding processes including FCAW in horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions, as well as GTAW. This position involves the setup and operation of automatic, semi-automatic, and manual welding equipment. Welders are expected to follow technical drawings and specifications to ensure that all work meets Holtec’s rigorous quality standards.

*Must pass pre-employment weld tests administered in accordance with Holtec’s WPS requirements. May be required to work overtime, nights, weekends, or travel based on production needs.
