CompX National is hiring a 3rd shift MIG/TIG Welder/Fabricator in Mauldin, SC. The role focuses on delivering high-quality welds on stainless steel and other materials, with a strong emphasis on reading prints and following procedures.

Responsibilities include performing MIG/TIG welding, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining clean, organized workstations while supporting potential additional machining tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

Shift: Third

Sunday - Thursday 10:30 pm - 7:00 am

Shift Premium: $5.00 per hour

Position Summary:

• Must be able to MIG/TIG stainless steel and other materials
• Priority is to deliver a quality weld that is also aesthetically pleasing.
• Must be able to perform the "walking the cup" technique
• Willingness to perform other machining jobs if necessary
• Familiar with reading prints and work instructions
• Ability to follow quality procedures and processes
• Selected candidate must have strong attention to detail
• Must maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
• Must be able to perform daily housekeeping as needed.
