Job summary

CompX National in Mauldin, SC is seeking a Welder/Fabricator for the Second Shift. You will MIG/TIG weld stainless steel and other materials, read prints and work instructions, and maintain high quality and safety standards. The role requires willingness to perform other machining tasks and adhere to procedures.

Shift is Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to Midnight, with a $4.00 per hour shift premium. CompX National offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to MIG/TIG stainless steel and other materials.
• Must deliver a quality weld that is aesthetically pleasing.
• Must be able to perform the walking the cup technique.
• Willingness to perform other machining jobs if necessary.
• Familiar with reading prints and work instructions.
• Ability to follow quality procedures and processes.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Must be able to perform daily housekeeping as needed.
