Job summary

CompX National is seeking a 2nd shift MIG/TIG Welder / Fabricator for the Mauldin, SC location. The role emphasizes quality welds on stainless steel and other materials while reading prints and following instructions.

You will work Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to Midnight, with a $4.00 per hour shift premium, and participate in safety procedures, daily housekeeping, and potential cross-training on other machining tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to MIG/TIG weld stainless steel and other materials.
• Ability to read prints and work instructions.
• Follow quality procedures and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• MIG/TIG welding of stainless steel and other materials.
• Deliver high-quality welds that are aesthetically pleasing.
• Perform walking the cup technique as required.
• Cross-train on other machining tasks when needed.
• Read prints and adhere to work instructions.
• Maintain safety procedures and good housekeeping.
