Qualifications

• Familiarity with welding equipment and tools; safety-conscious and detail-oriented.

• Assist and guide other fabricators to maintain quality and teamwork.
• Fit, tack, and weld fabrications to completion; verify dimensions.

• Foster teamwork; support teammates and respond to feedback.
• Operate welding equipment safely and follow procedures.
• Communicate with supervisors and team about welding process issues.
