Looking for a Welder/Fabricator of structural steel components for the construction industry as their primary duties. This includes, but is not limited to, structural steel columns, beams, handrail, stair rail, door frames, and numerous other components required by the steel construction industry. There is potential to expand into custom fabrication and welding repairs, depending on the skill set of the individual. No personal equipment is required. All necessary welding machines, hoods, and PPE are provided. Primarily, MIG welding processes are used to fabricate all the required components, but other machines are available depending on the fabricator’s skill set. Opportunities to learn how to operate a wide range of fabrication machinery and equipment are readily available. Forklift, Overhead crane, press brake, plate shear, bandsaw, and ironworker training will become a part of the everyday job at a minimum.
