ESI Structural Innovations is looking for a Welder/Fabricator for structural steel components in the construction industry. The role entails fabricating various components including columns, beams, and custom parts, primarily using MIG welding processes.

The position offers a starting hourly rate of $23/hr, negotiable based on experience, and includes medical insurance, with additional benefits like dental and vision. On-the-job training is available, facilitating opportunities to learn diverse fabrication techniques.

Competenze

• Demonstrate proficiency in MIG welding techniques.
• Experience with fabrication equipment is a plus.
• Willingness and capacity to learn on the job.

Mansioni

• Fabricate structural steel columns, beams, and other components.
• Operate a wide range of fabrication machinery and equipment.
• Learn how to use Forklift, Overhead crane, and other tools.

Conoscenze

Proficiency in MIG welding

Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch

Willingness to learn to read blueprints and shop drawings
