Job summary

ETS in Waterford, NY is seeking a Welder Fabricator to join our skilled manufacturing team. You will interpret blueprints, weld with MIG and TIG, and fabricate components to meet precise specifications on a fast-paced shop floor.

This first shift role offers OT opportunities, weekly pay, health insurance, and an on-demand pay feature. Strong blueprint reading, communication, and teamwork are essential to deliver quality products on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with MIG and TIG welding techniques.
• Ability to read and understand engineering blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with fabrication equipment such as CNC milling machines and plasma cutters.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

Job Location: In-Person, $23-28/Hour, 1st Shift + OT opportunities

Your day-to-day as a Welder Fabricator:

• Interpret blueprints and shop drawings to ensure product specifications are met

• Maintain inventory records and verify materials for completeness and accuracy
