ETS in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Welder II for a first-shift, in-person role. You will weld components using TIG and MIG, read blueprints, and assemble mechanical structures with precision.

This position requires 5+ years of welding experience on carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, strict safety, and the ability to interpret drawings. Weekly pay and on-demand wages benefit package are available.

Job Location: In-Person, $23-$25/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday + Weekend OT

Your day-to-day as a Welder II:

• Operate welding equipment to assemble mechanical structures and parts with precision


• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts and procedures


• Prepare, fit, and align materials using grinders, clamps, and measuring tools


• Weld components using TIG and MIG techniques on various metals, ensuring quality standards are met

Your skills and experience:
