Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret complex fabrication drawings and weld symbols.
• Proficient MIG welding with .045 wire for structural steel.
• Strong measurement and quality inspection skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision on fabrication projects.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, weld symbols, specs, and work orders.
• Plan and execute welding and assembly operations with limited supervision.
• Lay out, fit, align, and assemble structural steel components using fixturing tools.
• Weld various positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead) with proper parameters.
• Maintain safety, quality records, and continuous improvement practices.
