Supreme Manufacturing LLC specializes in clamshell dredges, conveyors, rock barges, and more. We are seeking a Welder/Fabricator to join our shop on first or second shift. Responsibilities include welding with MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Core, reading blueprints, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, welding program enrollment preferred, and 1–3 years of related experience. Forklift and overhead crane operation helpful; CPR/MSHA training desired.

Qualifications

• Learn and apply MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Core welding.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications.
• Follow welding symbols and instructions accurately.
• Maintain welding equipment and workspace in a safe, organized manner.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
• Inspect welds for defects and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Document time spent welding on specific jobs with job and cost codes.
• Maintain production efficiency and safety compliance.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of welding equipment.
