Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous welding or metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, work instructions, and basic blueprints.
• Knowledge of welding equipment, tools, and safe welding practices.
• Ability to inspect completed work and identify quality issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld metal components according to job specifications and production requirements.
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, blueprints, and job instructions.
• Set up and operate welding and fabrication equipment.
• Produce quality welds while maintaining required production standards.
• Inspect completed welds and fabricated components for quality and accuracy.
• Perform leak testing on applicable tanks and components.
• Identify welding or fabrication defects and assist with troubleshooting and failure analysis.
• Follow established safety procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Complete assigned work efficiently to meet daily production requirements.
• Perform additional fabrication or production duties as assigned.
