Job summary

Martin Sprocket & Gear is seeking a Welder/Fabricator for 2nd shift in our Pennsylvania facility. You will operate metalworking machines, fabricate components, read blueprints, and perform welding and assembly tasks.

Focus on quality control, safety, and efficient production in a non-climate-controlled shop environment. You will work 2nd shift, Monday to Thursday, 2:30 PM–1:00 AM, and contribute to cross-departmental support while maintaining PPE and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate equipment safely.
• Ability to follow instructions and logs written in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate metalworking machines and shape metal parts.
• Fabricate metal parts using hand and power tools per drawings.
• Read blueprints and interpret sketches for fabrication.
• Weld, braze, or solder components with proper technique.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards.
• Maintain and clean tools and equipment for safety.
