We are always looking for experienced Welders/Fabricators to join our dedicated 1st-shift team in Lancaster, PA.

Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 8:30 PM.

***Coworkers must be flexible and available to work overtime or some weekends, as requested or per business demand.

Welders / Fabricators are responsible for performing various fitting, layout, welding, finishing, grinding, and related operations to assemble and fabricate various structural steel units, including bridges and other building products.

Our next team member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED required. High school or post-secondary coursework or degree in welding/fabrication is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated welding experience, including Stick, MIG, and/or Submerged Arc welding.
• The ability to work from prints, specification tables, and with adjustable layout and measuring instruments is critical.
• Must be able to pass the required welding certification test.
