Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a WELDER / FABRICATOR to join our fabrication team. You will read drawings, weld using MIG and TIG processes, and support production with high-quality assemblies.

A High School diploma plus a Welding Certification is required; respiratory fit testing is needed or obtained within 3 months. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work OT and weekends as needed, and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Welding Certification from accredited college required.
• Respiratory Fit Test Certification, or obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen and Lean (LSS) preferred.

• Weld and fabricate parts following drawings and specs.
• Support production with welding, fabrication, and quality control.

Candidate must either be certified or willing to get certified after 90-day probationary period and able to pass BW weld test. Candidate must be able to have flexible schedule and willing to work OT and weekends if needed and the support production as needed.
