Job Summary

Assemble or fabricate mechanical parts, pieces, or products using various tools and equipment according to specifications, including welding with torch, plasma, etc.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings to accurately create equipment and products.
• Prefer candidates with experience in stick, MIG, and TIG welding.
• Utilize handheld tools such as grinders, band saws, and torches.
• Operate calipers, weld gauges, tape measures, and other hand tools.
• Maintain weld machines through preventative maintenance.
• Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met.
• Rework or repair welded parts per engineering specifications.
• Communicate effectively with management to prioritize workflow.
• Conduct machine installs, repairs, maintenance, and fabrications as needed.
