Job Title: Mechanical Assembler/Fabricator

Job Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and specifications to assemble or fabricate mechanical parts accurately.
• Prefer candidates with experience in stick, MIG, and TIG welding.
• Use handheld tools such as grinders, band saws, and torches.
• Operate calipers, weld gauges, tape measures, and other hand tools.
• Maintain weld machines through preventative maintenance.
• Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met.
• Rework or repair welded parts as per engineering specifications.
• Communicate effectively to prioritize workflow.
• Conduct machine installations, repairs, and fabrication of special parts as needed.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic reading skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work accurately, thoroughly, and solve problems logically.
• High attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
