Job summary

Monroe Environmental Corp is seeking skilled welders and assemblers for 2nd shift (4:45 PM - 1:15 AM Monday-Friday). Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience and must be familiar with MIG and TIG welding, blueprint reading, and the use of hand tools.

Responsibilities include fabricating finished metal products, following blueprints, and conducting quality tests. This position averages 45-55 hours per week.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates shall have 3-5 years minimum experience in:

• Welders/Fitters: MIG, TIG, flux core, blueprint reading.
• Assemblers: Blueprint reading, knowledge and use of hand tools.

Other qualifications:

• Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields.
• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures.
• Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
