We are seeking a skilled Shop Welder / Fabricator to join our team! The ideal candidate will have strong welding and fabrication skills, the ability to work independently, and a creative approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and fabrication of metal components
• Operate welding equipment, grinders, and other shop tools
• Work independently to complete projects efficiently
• Troubleshoot and provide creative solutions for custom builds
• Ability to source and procure welding equipment and steel

Qualifications:

• Experience in various welding Stick/MIG/TIG welding and fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
