Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and welding various metal components and structures in accordance with blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. This role is essential to producing high-quality custom cabinets for various industrial and commercial applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications.
  • Set up and operate welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.).
  • Inspect welds and finished products for quality and accuracy.
  • Operate grinders, saws, and other fabrication equipment as needed.
  • Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a positive attitude.
  • Able to follow instructions both written and verbal.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings.
  • High school diploma or GED; technical training or certification in welding preferred.
  • 2+ years of welding experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in MIG and TIG welding; knowledge of Stick welding is a plus.
  • Understanding of metal types and thicknesses.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with math (fractions, decimals, measurements).
