STS Technical Services is seeking a Welder / Fabrication Lead for the 2nd shift in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You will supervise welding and fabrication operations, ensuring work meets specifications while upholding safety guidelines and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on welding/fabrication leadership experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and a drive to support a growing production environment in a private manufacturing setting.

Formación

• 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in welding/fabrication.
• Welding or fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

STS Technical Services is hiring a Welder / Fabrication Lead in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is a 2nd shift opportunity supporting a growing manufacturer of UL heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures and modular metal enclosures used to house fully equipped electrical distribution and control equipment.

This role is ideal for an experienced welding or fabrication professional with strong leadership skills, attention to detail and the ability to help keep production moving safely, accurately and efficiently.

Position Summary

The 2nd Shift Welder / Fabrication Lead will help supervise welding and fabrication operations while ensuring production is completed to specification, quality standards are met and employees work within established safety guidelines.

This position requires hands-on manufacturing leadership experience, strong problem-solving ability and the drive to support a growing production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise 2nd shift welding and fabrication operations

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
