STS Technical Services is seeking a Welder / Fabrication Lead for the Milwaukee, WI area on the 2nd shift. You will supervise welding and fabrication operations, ensure products meet specifications, and uphold safety standards in a growing manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership experience in welding or fabrication, excel at troubleshooting, and maintain attention to detail to drive quality and on-time production.

Job description

STS Technical Services is hiring a Welder / Fabrication Lead in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is a 2nd shift opportunity supporting a growing manufacturer of UL heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures and modular metal enclosures used to house fully equipped electrical distribution and control equipment.

This role is ideal for an experienced welding or fabrication professional with strong leadership skills, attention to detail and the ability to help keep production moving safely, accurately and efficiently.

Position Summary

The 2nd Shift Welder / Fabrication Lead will help supervise welding and fabrication operations while ensuring production is completed to specification, quality standards are met and employees work within established safety guidelines.

This position requires hands‑on manufacturing leadership experience, strong problem‑solving ability and the drive to support a growing production environment.

• Ability to support a fast‑paced production environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
