ABW Technologies, Inc. is seeking skilled Welder I–IV candidates for our Arlington, WA facility. The role involves reading shop drawings, fitting and welding components to procedures, and performing weld tests under in-house supervision.
Training is available on-site to grow skills and certifications. We value experience with aluminum and stainless TIG welding, ASME-related fabrication, and the ability to read weld maps. Day shift, four 10-hour days, with overtime as required.

Production Craftsman Arlington, WA, US
Salary Range: $26.00 To $45.00 Hourly
ABW is looking for welders who are motivated and take pride in producing quality fabricated parts and meeting or exceeding customer requirements and schedules.
Seeking skill levels ranging from beginner to intermediate up to experienced aluminum and stainless steel TIG Fitter/Welders, who are motivated and take pride in producing quality fabricated parts and meeting or exceeding customer requirements and schedules.
On-site training is available for growth of skills.
Pay rates range across ABWs Welder I to Welder IV categories. Pay rates are based on the number of welding processes and qualified positions that welders are certified for and dependent upon weld test results and ability at time of interview.
Welder candidates must be able to read and understand shop drawings. They will be required to fit and weld components in accordance with weld procedures accounting for weld shrinkage with minimal supervision. All fit-ups and welds are inspected by in-house and/or customer CWIs. ABW administers in-house testing and certification. In addition to welder qualification testing, Welders will be evaluated on their ability to read and understand drawings, tolerances, and welding procedures. ASME pressure vessel / tank manufacturing experience preferred, familiarity with nozzle schedules, weld maps, flux core and submerged arc experience is beneficial.

Day shift: Work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30 pm. Overtime as required.
