ABW Technologies, Inc. is seeking skilled Welder I–IV candidates for our Arlington, WA facility. The role involves reading shop drawings, fitting and welding components to procedures, and performing weld tests under in-house supervision.

Training is available on-site to grow skills and certifications. We value experience with aluminum and stainless TIG welding, ASME-related fabrication, and the ability to read weld maps. Day shift, four 10-hour days, with overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand shop drawings.
• Experience with TIG welding of aluminum and stainless steel.
• Welding procedures must be followed with quality control in mind.
• Ability to read weld maps and perform weld tests as required by internal CWIs.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret weld procedures and drawings to fabricate components.
• Fit and weld components with minimal supervision per procedures.
• Participate in in-house welding qualification testing and certifications.
• Understand ASME pressure vessel/tank concepts; nozzle schedules and weld maps are a plus.
• Work day shift (four 10-hour shifts) with overtime as needed; maintain safety standards.
