Job summary

The Toro Company, through its BOSS Snowplow division in Iron Mountain, Michigan, is hiring a MIG welder. You will drill, tap, and cut parts for fabrication, perform quality checks, and keep weld equipment maintained to ensure product quality.

This on-site role requires vocational training or prior MIG welding experience; robotic welding experience is a plus. Starting wage is $22.09–$26.61 per hour, with Monday–Thursday evening shifts.

Starting Wage:

$22.09 - $26.61

Hours:

Monday - Thursday 3:00pm - 1:00am (Overtime could make hours vary)
