Job summary

BOSS Snowplow, a division of The Toro Company in Iron Mountain, MI, seeks a machine operator on 2nd shift. You will run various cutting and forming operations and perform inspections to ensure quality and safety.

The role requires blueprint reading, measuring tool use, and a high school diploma or GED. Starting wage is $18.97–$19.92 with a 5% shift differential, and overtime may vary.

Responsibilities

• Shear, saw, laser cut, plasma cut, bend, roll, drill, tap, punch, cope, wire brush, de-burr, and grind steel plate, sheet and structural shapes as required by the Employer.
• Form, cut, bend, punch, and drill copper bus as required by the Employer.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and cleaning as required on each machine as defined by the Employer.
• Perform first article and other piece part inspections as required by the Quality System defined by the Employer

Starting Wage: $18.97 + (5%) Shift differential = $19.92

Hours:

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm
