Qualifikationen

• Ability to pass 2G GMAW Welding Test and 2G GTAW Welding Test.
• Initiative to self-train and advance to Welder A; 6G pipe test required for advancement.

Aufgaben

• Pulls parts listed on BOM and checks against blueprints and work orders.
• Follows ASME Section 1, IV, HLW, and VIII Division 1 requirements.
• Builds parts per working instructions and engineering drawings.
• Performs duplex stainless steel and carbon steel welding.
• Maintains tools and performs preventive maintenance.
• Assists with maintenance of tools and changes out consumables.
• Operates cranes/forklifts for material handling and logs crane safety daily.
• Gathers, inspects, and cleans safety gear; keeps area organized.
