Shift Details:

3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Overtime: Fridays based on business needs

Starting Wage:

• Welder I - $21.25/hr + 11% shift premium
• Welder II - $25.50/hr + 11% shift premium

Responsibilities:

Welder I

• Comply with safety rules
• Operate equipment safely and effectively
• Support different products and areas
• Train new employees
• Follow procedures and policies
• Interpret drawings and blueprints
• Assist with robotic welder
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Welder II

• All Welder I responsibilities
• Intermediate MIG (GMAW) and Stick (SMAW) welding
• Troubleshoot welding issues
• Maintain welding equipment

Welder III

• All Welder I & II responsibilities
• Understanding of aluminum alloys and welding processes
• Proficient in TIG (GTAW) welding
• Operate robotic welder

Requirements:

Welder I

• High school diploma or certification
• Internal weld test
• Understanding of welding fundamentals
• Basic welding experience or training
• Basic knowledge of MIG equipment
• Ability to follow directions and work in a team

Welder II

• 1 year of production welding experience
• Working towards apprenticeship or certification
• Manufacturing experience
• Basic knowledge of MIG and TIG welding
• Crane certification

Welder III

• 2 years of production welding experience
• Experience with root cause analysis (5 Why, 8D, PDCA)

Physical Demands:

Requires talking, hearing, manual dexterity, standing, walking, occasional stooping, bending, reaching, lifting 25-50 pounds, and frequent computer work. Occasional travel may be required.
