Overview

We are seeking Robotic Welders for 2nd and 3rd shifts at our Fall River facility. Responsibilities include operating weld machines to fabricate metal parts or assemblies according to specifications, applying basic welding theory.

Shift Details

• 2nd shift: 2:30 p.m. - 11 p.m., Monday - Friday
• 3rd shift: 10 p.m. - 6 a.m., Sunday - Thursday

Responsibilities

• Follow WPS weld standards.
• Inspect and measure work pieces to verify conformity to specifications.
• Operate and adjust weld machinery.
• Unload and handle welded parts appropriately.
• Perform basic MIG, TIG, and aluminum welding techniques.
• Verify finished work against quality standards using gauges and inspection sheets.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Welding experience preferred; willing to train.
• Successful completion of an internal welding test.
• Knowledge of fixtures and weld set-up parameters.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Attention to detail, self-motivation, and multi-tasking skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to use precision measurement tools.
• Basic shop math skills.
• Experience with overhead crane is a plus.
• Adaptability and efficiency in work.
• Ability to follow instructions and execute tasks effectively.

Compensation

$7.24 - $7.25 per hour
