Position Title: Tool & Die Maker - 2nd or 3rd Shift

Wage: $27.00 - $35.00/hour

Shift: 2nd or 3rd

Hours: 3:00pm - 11:00pm or 11:00pm - 7:00am

QPS is seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker for 2nd or 3rd shift at an established industry leader in Beaver Dam, WI. This company values employee growth, advancement, and making a difference. Tool & Die Maker Responsibilities:

1. Read and follow written work instructions and tool drawings
2. Fabricate and/or repair tools, fixtures, and machine parts
3. Manufacture quality products to meet customer requirements
4. Perform set-ups and operate machine tools such as lathes, CNC mills, EDM's, grinders, hones, saws, CAD/CAM
5. Maintain continuous material flow throughout the Tool & Die process
6. Design and fabricate simple or complex jigs and fixtures

Requirements for Tool & Die Maker:

1. Journeyman Card through the State of Wisconsin preferred
2. Proficient in using precise measuring equipment and gauges, capable of working to close tolerances
3. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move up to 80 lbs
