Job description

Key Job Responsibilities

• Perform fit-up, tack welding, and finish welding on sub-assembled components and main frames of construction equipment using the GMAW (MIG) welding process. Utilize related fabrication equipment and tools as needed.
• Work on various assignments across different work stations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical college welding degree or at least 1 year of welding experience required.
• Ability to perform fit-up, tack welding, and finish welding on sub-components and main frames of construction equipment using GMAW (MIG) process.
• Good safety and attendance record.
• Availability to work any shift, including off-shifts (2nd or 3rd).
• Ability to stand, kneel, stoop, reach, push, and pull; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Compliance with all environmental, quality, and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with customers, colleagues, and the company.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet schedules.
