Job Summary

We are looking for passionate, hard-working individuals to join our production staff.

• Skilled Labor Starting Rate: $24.43 + Sign-on bonus
• Production Starting Rate: $20.78
• Increase every 3 months with a top out in 12 months
• Benefits from Day 1: 9% 401k Contribution, Technical Incentive, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation
• Shift options:
• 1st shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
• 2nd shift: 3:30 pm - 10:30 pm (work 35 hrs, get paid for 40 hrs + 5% shift premium)
• 3rd shift: 10:30 pm - 7:00 am (10% shift premium)

Job Description

Position Summary:

Responsible for MIG and TIG welding of rotor cores, lamination rings, and brazing.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up welders correctly, including speeds and feeds, and prepare products for welding.
• Inspect the quality of the welded materials to prevent rework.
• Assemble laminations to specified lengths.
• Press and weld rotor cores.
• Measure coils, cut to length, and weld in jigs.
• Grind and clean rotor cores after welding.
• Braze copper pole plates and conduction rods.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices.
• Follow safety practices diligently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Leader.

Necessary Skills:

• Ability to read and write.
