Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions to ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Weld parts to print specifications using GMAW and MCAW.
• Inspect parts per print specifications.
• Set up and adjust welder and fixtures to print specifications.
• Use carbon arc air gouging and cutting process for rework.
• Grind welds flush and fit parts with hand grinders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Pay tops out at $35.57/hour (plus shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts)

Responsibilities:

• Use a Gas Metal Arc and Metal Core Arc welding process to weld parts to print specifications.
• Inspect parts per print specifications.
• Set up and adjust welder and fixtures to print specifications.
• Use a carbon arc air gouging and cutting process for rework.
• Use hand grinders to fit parts, rework defective welds, and grind welds flush as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read and follow work instructions to ensure quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, use a tape measure, understand weld symbols, basic math, reason, and analyze.

Additional Information:

• Paid training provided
• 2nd shift: Hours for this position are 2:45pm to 10:55pm Monday through Friday
• 3rd shift: Hours for this position are 10:45 pm to 6:55 am Sunday through Thursday
